CITYHIKERS started with a simple idea: the best part of exploring a city is the pause in between. A good cup, an unhurried minute, a friendly face behind the bar.
We source single origins thoughtfully, dial in every batch, and pour like it matters — then back it with a kitchen that does brunch properly. Come evening, the lights drop, the natural wines come out and the music takes over.
